I grew a passion for fitness, massage, and preventative care after my Mom was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2001. Both my parents are former military and have always taught me to be resilient and rise to any challenge. Watching my Mom do so was very inspiring. I knew I wanted to create a career out of helping others.
I grew up in Michigan but have lived in 7 states in the last 10 years. Each place brought me a great deal of life lessons, knowledge, and lifelong connections.
I am most excited about sunrises, sunsets, fresh snow, and dry trails. I love to hike, camp, fish and refurbish old furniture. My husband is my best friend. We enjoy making home cooked meals together, mountain biking together, teaching me to ride dirt bikes or taking our motorcycle for a ride. But most of all we love our walks with our pup Harley.
